3. The content may be displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the content. No content in whole or in part, may otherwise be reproduced, duplicate, copied, sold, resold, distributed, transmitted, downloaded, linked, displayed or exploited for any commercial purposes whatsoever without the express written permission from Alpine Rebuildable Cars L.L.C.


4. Buyer may not rely upon any information provided (whether orally in writing or in digital image form), included but not limited: year, make, model, condition, damage amount, damage type, drivability, accessories, mileage, odometer disclosures, vehicle identification number(VIN), title, repair history, title history, and total loss history. Alpine Rebuildable Cars does not guarantee that any vehicle sold can be legally registered in any state or country. Buyer is solely responsible for confirming, researching, inspecting, vehicles and any all information regarding the type, condition, status, and history of vehicle before buying them.


5. All sales are final and all deposits are held for 48 hrs and will be forfeited if not paid in full within 4 days. No vehicle may be removed until paid in full. Alpine Auto Gallery expressly disclaims liability for loss or damage to any vehicle after purchase, including, but not limited for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, negligent act or inclement weather or other act of God, and vehicles remain on the premises after purchase at buyers sole expense and risk.


6. Prices listed for vehicles does not include tax, title, tags, governmental fees, any emissions testing charges and any finance charges (if applicable). Unless otherwise stated separately in the vehicle details, price does not include documentation, processing, administrative, closing or similar fees. Current mileage may vary due to test drives and vehicle relocation. All sales conducted via this website are considered completed in the State of New Jersey and are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of New Jersey. The user/member acknowledges that vehicles sold here at Alpine or Copart may have open recalls with the manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have any and all open recalls repaired at no cost to them from the dealer. The buyer further agrees to schedule an appointment with the franchise dealer for the open recall repair. The buyer further agrees to register the car with the manufacturer so that they may receive future recall notices. The buyer assumes all risks of the vehicle regarding open recalls
