I guarantee full payment. I also understand fully that I am purchasing a salvage vehicle, that I will need to repair and or, inspected by a salvage process that I am responsible for. I understand fully that the above purchased vehicle may, or may not exceed my initial assumption of repairs needed to make this car road worthy. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and agree not to dispute any charges upon signing this document.

This is a binding contract for both parties, all sales are final, deposits held for 48hrs only. Vehicle will be resold thereafter unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Deposits will be forfeited if full balance is not paid within the agreed upon time frame. New Jersey residents are are subject to 7% sales tax on the total purchase price..
